Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Wildebees Outdoor is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Wildebees Outdoor will provide the client with different options. Usually, allowing them to have their order be placed ‘On Hold’ until the items are back in stock – as soon as it happens, the parcel will be shipped immediately. Other options include replacing the item with something similar or giving full credit to the client in the form of a voucher. If you decide to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order. ONLY in this circumstance will a refund be done. Note that refunds take 7-10 business days. We do NOT offer refunds for any other situation – we only give credit in the form of a voucher. These vouchers can be spent online or in our shops in Bredell.

NOTE: you can ONLY exchange your item WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM.
NIOTE: Refunds do have a 2.5% admin fee that will be deducted from the amount that needs to be paid back to you.

Wildebees Outdoor will ONLY replace goods that are not up to standard due to factory faults or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to Wildebees Outdoor within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached, in its original packaging and the item/s have not been used, opened or damaged, a new item will be dispatched to you.
